If the product is different from your expectations or needs
to be exchanged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt
and we will help you exchange or return it according to our
guidance.
Products must be unused, undamaged and returned in their
original packaging. Please provide proof of purchase when
requested.
Exchanges and refunds are not possible in the following
cases:

Products set with diamonds or natural colored gemstones

Products with signs of use such as wearing, washing, or
perfume use
- Products damaged due to customer negligence
- Missing product components (case, warranty, etc.)
- Custom products made at customer request
In case of manufacturing defects, we will exchange with the
same product after confirmation, and in this case, the
shipping cost will be borne by us.
For exchanges and returns due to simple change of mind,
round-trip shipping costs are borne by the customer and will
be deducted from the refund amount.
